A self-described freelance writer, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies, blending academic knowledge with nearly two decades of practical experience as a licensed agent and principal broker.

Specializing in buyer brokerage, agent mentorship, and homebuyer education, Davis’s diverse background equips her to address the evolving challenges of a dynamic real estate market.
